From a technological point of view the company distinguishes three main production processes:

  1. Plastic waste treatment – The steps in the process are sorting, washing, crushing, grinding and heat treating of granules. Recycled foils and foil products are sorted and washed. This process removes contaminants and non unusable material (paper labels, sealing tape, dirt, etc.). The material is then cut utilizing a universal cut-crushing machine. In the last phase the processed product is heat treated and melted into re-granulated material.
  2. 5-layer foil production – This foil technology process is based on the principle of melting primary polymer granules or a mix of re-granulated material and primary polymer granules. The extrusion process produces a foil tube that is rolled into big reels. The foil is then evaluated and used as a final product or as feed-in material for further manufacturing.

The re-granulation line converts pre-processed plastic material (LDPE, HDPE, and LLDPE) in to re-granulated material.

The washing line consists of equipment and machinery that removes contamination from plastic LLDPE, LDPE, HDPE foils with thickness ranging from 20 to 200 μm.

The extruding line produces a 5-layer bloomed foil. Our production lines create various types of PE foils including shrink, industrial, food grade with print and many others based on LDPE, HDPE, and LLDPE.

The longitudinal cutting line is equipment used to cut and re-roll reels of PE foil.

Welding line I. is used to create welded products including bulk-stacking and free-laying bags and carry bags. Foils are made from LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE and their mixture with added re-granulated material.

Welding line II. is used to produce simple welded bags or bags with a drawstring. Foils are made from LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE and their mixture with added re-granulated material and color concentrate.
